MET Institute of Management recently provided its MMS 2024-26 students with a unique learning experience; an innovative teaching pedagogy as a part of the induction program. By screening the critically acclaimed film ‘EVEREST’, the institute aimed to explore the intricacies of strategic planning in a competitive business environment. This management movie's portrayal of decision-making under extreme conditions offered a powerful metaphor for the challenges faced in the corporate world.

To reinforce these concepts, students participated in a simulation game mirroring the challenges of EVEREST, organised by Square Sequel Consulting - Ms. Zoya Natterwala, AVP - Customer Experience & Design Thinking Master Practitioner, Ms. Usha Jain, Finance Manager, Mr. Salik Syed, Digital Designer, Mr. Satyam Mall, Executive, Mr. Randhir Mall, Officer.

This interactive exercise allowed them to apply their knowledge, navigating unpredictable scenarios, balancing resources, and coordinating strategies under pressure. This experiential learning approach equipped the students with essential skills for leadership, crisis management, and adaptability, preparing them for future success in the business world.
