On 25th July 2024, Students of MCA and staff at MET Institute of Computer Science enjoyed a refreshing yoga session led by Dr. Jyotsna Munshi. The session included basic yoga poses, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
Dr. Munshi guided participants through gentle stretches, emphasizing mindfulness and proper breathing techniques. The pranayama exercises focused on enhancing respiratory health and reducing stress, while the meditation segment aimed to cultivate inner peace. The participants left the session feeling rejuvenated, appreciating Dr. Munshi's holistic approach to well-being.
