On 24th September 2024, Mr. Atul Juvle, an expert in leadership and ethics conducted a session on ‘Professional Ethics’ for MCA students of MET Institute of Computer Science. Mr. Juvle emphasised the importance of ethics in professional environments. He discussed core principles such as Integrity - acting consistently with values; Empathy - understanding and supporting colleagues; and Accountability - ensuring fairness and transparency in decision-making.
He also shared practical strategies for handling ethical dilemmas and balancing stakeholder interests. The session provided students with insights into how ethical practices contribute to trust, professional growth, and a positive organisational culture.
