MET Institute of Management inaugurated 'MPower 365 - Unleashing Empowerment for Every Day' on 09th January 2024. During the inaugural, Renowned actor and AdFilm Director, Mr. Gajraj Rao and Mr. Pawan Shankar, Actor & Entrepreneur were invited to interact and share their pearls of wisdom through their professional and entrepreneurial journey. The talk was conducted as a free-wheeling fire chat moderated by Dr. Manmeet Barve, Associate Professor, MET IOM.

Mr. Rao elaborated on his remarkable journey and the milestones.He delved into the learnings he gained throughout his career, emphasising the importance of perseverance and being real in the given digital world. Drawing from experiences, he shed light on the creation of the award-winning ad 'Respect the National Anthem' produced by his AdFilm Company, Code Red Films.

Mr. Shankar highlighted essential qualities and skill-sets that a management graduate should possess while sharing his personal and professional journey. He provided valuable insights into his journey as an actor and entrepreneur, offering a unique perspective on the intersection of business and the entertainment industry, fostering learning beyond the classroom.
