MET Institute of Management organized its annual Outbound Training Program for the newly inducted MMS 2024-26 Batch students from 29th September to 1st October 2024. The Outbound Training Program aimed to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and essential managerial skills.
The program provided experiential learning through outdoor activities to enhance soft skills crucial for professional success, such as communication, leadership, teamwork, planning, and delegation.
Management games, including picture puzzles, stick arrangements, riddle-solving (e.g., river crossing), and carnival-themed games like hula hoop and treasure hunts, fostered strategic thinking and collaboration. These activities helped students develop key managerial competencies, promoting self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and a collaborative mindset.
The Outbound Training Program was a foundational experience, equipping students with practical skills that bridged theoretical knowledge and real-world application, preparing them for future leadership roles.
