MET Institute of Management and the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT) Western Region successfully hosted a meet-up on 3rd September to promote the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS). The meeting was graced by distinguished guests Mr. N. C. Gangde, Asst. Director, Asst. Central Apprenticeship Adviser Board of Apprenticeship Training (WR), Mr. Soumya Ranjan, Chief Operating Officer, Banking Finance Services, Insurance Sector Skill Council of India, Mr.. Shailesh Bhagat, Skill Development, Employment, Entrepreneur Guidance Officer, Commissionerate Skill Development, Navi Mumbai and Mr. Bikash Sahoo, Apprenticeship Adviser, Skills India Foundation.
Over 50 colleges attended this event, highlighting the growing interest in providing students with valuable hands-on training opportunities through NATS. As a flagship government initiative, NATS aims to equip Indian youth with the skills needed to excel in today's competitive job market.
