The only time when the complete MET League of Colleges gets down to some serious business, proudly presenting its grandeur. Involving various cultural and sports activities, interspersed with expedient workshops. Dazzling the crowd by performing the inaugural dance, 'Ganesh Stuti', a component of 'Bharat Natyam', was none other than our very own, Saloni Munshi (S.Y.B.Pharm.). Who says there's only one Kailash Kher? We have one right here at the IOP, Varun Doshi (S.Y.B.Pharm.), who mesmerised the crowd with his version of “Teri Deewani.” MET IOP made its presence felt by a live instrumental performance by its very own band, 'Zauq' comprising of Manish Venkatachalapathy (Final Y.B.Pharm.) on the keyboard, Soumya Remesh (T.Y.B.Pharm.) on the flute, Sushant Sadamate (T.Y.B.Pharm.) on the base guitar, Amod Athavale (T.Y.B.Pharm.) on the electric guitar and last but not the least Mayur Pawar (Final Y.B.Pharm.) handling the percussions with extreme passion. Also setting the crowd thumping was the stick banging, 'dholak' rolling performance by the students at MET IOP, as they performed the 'Maria Nritya', a traditional dance, right out of Madhya Pradesh.
