On July 13th, 2024, MET Institute of PGDM hosted an enriching session titled "Mindfulness Amidst Competition for MBA Success," led by Meghana Mehta. With over 23 years of experience in energy modalities and counseling, including her roles as an NLP counselor, Reiki practitioner, Pranic Healer, and Certified Pranic Healing Trainer, Ms. Mehta offered valuable insights into managing stress and enhancing focus in the competitive MBA environment. She shared practical mindfulness techniques and energy modalities to help students improve mental clarity and emotional well-being.

Ms. Mehta emphasized the significance of self-awareness and self-care in achieving success while handling academic and professional pressures. Through interactive exercises, she demonstrated how mindfulness practices can boost concentration, reduce anxiety, and support a balanced lifestyle. Her session provided students with effective strategies to foster resilience and maintain a positive mindset, making it an impactful and memorable experience for all.
