Organized by the Alumni Cell and IIC, the session introduced the powerful ECG Dashboard Framework for Leadership, which emphasizes setting clear expectations, communicating effectively, and fostering collaboration with accountability. Through heartfelt stories from their entrepreneurial journey, the duo inspired students to view problems as opportunities for growth, highlighting that solving challenges leads to breakthroughs and success.
