MET Institute of Management hosted a distinguished guest, Mr. Ashraf Ramji, a Certified Mediation Trainer from the International Conciliation and Arbitration Board. On July 22nd, 2023, MMS Students of 2022-24 Batch were privileged to participate in a remarkable session on 'Conflict Management - Mediation Skills' led by Mr. Ramji.

With a focus on both personal and professional growth, Mr. Ramji shared invaluable insights into conflict resolution and mediation techniques. The students were captivated as they delved into the art of negotiation tactics, the nuances of effective communication, and the power of collaboration.
