MET AMDC students had the opportunity to attend Auto Today: Drivers of Change II on March 17, 2025, at Hotel Lalit, Mumbai. Organized by Mahindra & India Today Group, the event honored pioneers in automotive advancements, social transformation, economic growth, and cultural preservation under the theme "Swarnim Bharat – Virasat aur Vikas" (Golden India – Heritage and Development).

The event featured Mahindra’s 12,000 km XUV 700 exploration initiative, insights from former SBI Chairman Arundhati Bhattacharya on women empowerment, and an engaging discussion on India’s economic landscape by Dr. Ashima Goyal. Acclaimed actor Boman Irani shared his perspective on the evolving role of cinema in shaping India’s cultural heritage.

The "Social Transformers" panel introduced inspiring individuals driving impactful social change, from organ donation and environmental conservation to heritage preservation and women’s empowerment. The evening concluded with a felicitation ceremony recognizing outstanding changemakers across multiple sectors.

This event gave MET AMDC students first-hand exposure to industry experts, thought leaders, and innovators, leaving them inspired by India’s journey towards a sustainable and inclusive future.
