MET Institute of Management under the aegis of Centre of Excellence - Operations organised ‘a field visit to Navneet Publications’ for the students of MMS 2022-24 pursuing Operations specialisation on 29th September 2023.

The purpose of this excursion was to provide students with a practical exposure to the operational intricacies within the publishing industry. It was a profound experience for the students as they delved into various facets of operations, including supply chain management, lean manufacturing methodologies, quality assurance protocols, adept inventory control, and a customer-centric approach.

The students were offered a unique opportunity to engage with proficient industry professionals and witness firsthand the utilisation of cutting-edge tools and technology for resolving complex business challenges and augmenting operational efficiency.
