MET Asian Management Development Centre hosted Mr. Jay Salva, Co-Founder - Alpha Derivatives as the Guest Speaker to address the budding managers. Three words to describe this session are, ‘Complete, Concise and Comprehensive’.

Mr. Salva shared his perspicacious knowledge on the basics of Capital Market covering topics like IPOs, primary and secondary markets, BSE, NSE to name a few. Students also got acquainted with financial jargons like top and bottom line, announcement, record, and ex-bonus date in terms of bonus shares, bid, and ask price. He also provided a run-down of the secondary market, stock exchange, and its members, investor categories including financial intermediaries, depositories and depository participants.
