Ms. Rashmee Bandela commenced her lecture on “Team Building" by discussing prioritization of the task in Institute of Information Technology (IIT). The icebreaker sessions were designed systematically to improve corporate relationships, such as problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution that enables the group to overcome any goal blocking barrier.
