A master class on Python for Data Science was hosted by MET Institute of Software Development and Research on 12th June 2021. It was attended by more than 140 participants from various institutions in India.
Mr Debashis Roy, Product Manager – Tata Consultancy Services, highlighted the importance of Data Science and its applications. A hands-on session on how to analyse viewership data was conducted by Prof Omprakash Mandge, Course Coordinator - MET ISDR. Prof Sandesh Akre from MET IOM explained how to predict diabetes from given parameters. All sessions were highly interactive and appreciated by students.
