On the occasion of International Yoga Day, the MET Institute of Management planned an interesting and informative yoga workshop for MET faculty and staff members. Mrs. Saloni Yadav, a certified yoga teacher demonstrated the participant's exercises and asana which can be performed at the workplace to stay active and nimble in a sedentary lifestyle.
The workshop was a great way to break down certain concepts and postures. It had the luxury to go deep into a specific topic such as arm balances, backbends, etc. A happy soul resides in a healthy body and yoga helps in achieving both.
