Mr. Bansi Phansalkar - Global Engineering Leader & Caterpillar India Country Manager at Caterpillar Inc. recently interacted with students of MET Institute of Management. During the session Mr. Bansi touched on several issues ranging from Covid-19 situation, leadership succession to innovation, and employability. He answered the questions raised by students. He highlighted the effects on supply chain and safety issues in the business due to Covid-19. He emphasised on the problem identification and then using the tools like AI & ML to resolve it. He also stressed upon the need for micro and system innovations in an organisation. He further suggested to the students to learn the skills sets such as multi-tasking & skilling and adaptable so to be competitive. The session was attended by MBA students, staff and faculties of MET Institute of Management.
