Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni

Dr. Vaishali Kulkarni brings over 32 years of combined industry and academic experience, specializing in Quality Management, Strategic Planning, and Academic Excellence. She holds a Ph.D. in Knowledge Management, an MBA in Marketing & HR, and a Master’s in Computer Management. Certified as a KPMG Design Thinking Practitioner and a Scrum Master, she has also completed the prestigious Disruptive Strategy certification from Harvard Business School Online.

At MET, Dr. Kulkarni is Dean - PGDM leads Accreditation Department at the group level, ensuring excellence in academic and administrative operations. She has a proven record in overseeing National and International Accreditations, establishing student clubs, enhancing policies, and implementing academic programs that elevate the student and faculty experience. Dr. Kulkarni also serves on the Board of Studies at INS-HAMLA (Indian Navy) for its PGDM Program.
