MET hosted the zonal round of the '43rd National Competition for Young Managers' on 3rd & 4th August, 2017. MET annually partners with AIMA - All India Management Association, as the venue host & academic partner, for this unique competition that serves as a platform allowing the young corporate professionals to showcase their talent and creative ideas.

Participants had to make a presentation on topic 'The New World Order - Asian Economies in Leadership roles: Can India emerge as a Superpower?' Many teams of young mangers from well known MNCs like BOSCH, Infosys, Apollo Tyres, Getinge, BPCL etc travelled from different parts of the country to compete. It was an honour to have prestigious judges like Dr. Ranjeev Manrao, CEO, RM123 India, Ms. Shweta Sinha, Business Head, Business World Magazine and Ms. Treesa Bizira, Motivation Coach, PAN India bringing their experience, expertise and knowledge to judge the best teams. Winner of the competition was Mahle Behr India Pvt Ltd, runner up team being the Apollo Tyres. They received trophies from AIMA & MET and would now contend for the national win.
