The program blends traditional media education with next-gen AI tools, live industry projects, and cinematic-level facilities. Students learn through immersive, real-world work via the MET Media Collective — Mumbai’s first student-run campus agency.
Absolutely. The program starts with foundational learning in Semester 1, enabling students from any academic background to build strong media, storytelling, and communication skills before specialising.
AI integration is moderate but meaningful — students use AI for research, creative ideation, content generation, data insights, audience mapping, editing support, automation, and immersive media workflows, depending on the specialization.

Yes. Through the MET Media Collective, students work on actual briefs from brands, agencies, startups, and non-profits. They create real campaigns, videos, strategies, digital content, and immersive media projects
Students undergo a structured internship after Semester 2 with placements in media houses, production studios, advertising agencies, PR firms, OTT platforms, and digital marketing companies. The internship helps students refine skills and gain industry exposure.
Depending on the specialization, students can pursue careers in advertising, PR, filmmaking, content creation, journalism, digital marketing, creative technology, AR/VR production, media strategy, brand storytelling, production management, or AI-enabled creative roles.
No prior expertise is required. All necessary software, production tools, and immersive media platforms are taught from the ground up, with additional support through labs and mentorship.
Students have access to 4K studios, editing labs, photography labs, sound recording setups, advanced production equipment, immersive media tools, and the MET Media Collective agency space for real-time project work.
The institute’s dedicated Career Management Centre works closely with industry partners and alumni networks. Students graduate with a professional portfolio/playbook, internship experience, and polished job readiness through the Sharpening Process — ensuring strong placement outcomes.
