MET Synergy - The HR Meet

MET Institute of Computer Science and MET Institute of Information Technology organized ‘MET Synergy’ - the HR Meet on 21st of July 2017 at the MET Convention Center. Over 25 renowned HR personnel from a range of industries attended the same in order to deliberate and discuss around the theme – ‘Future Challenges of hiring in the IT industry’

Inaugration was followed by the welcome address of Dr. Abhijit Banubakode, Principal, MET ICS. Guest of Honour, Mrs. Manika Sadhu, Vice President, ATOS addressed the students and delegates over the current IT bearings around the globe during her inspirational cum enthusiastic speech. It allowed the students a glimpse of the number of IT opportunities that they can opt for in the future.

Mr. Manohar Nair, Founder, Manuscrypt Communications, Pune was the Keynote Speaker on this occasion. In his unique style, spiced with joyous and jovial interactions, he briefed the audience with both the present, as well as the future challenges of the IT industry. This not only enhanced the students’ understanding but also prepared them to confidently approach their future.

The session was immensely beneficial as students even got an opportunity to engaged the Jury of esteemed HR professionals, many questions and queries were raised which were well handled by the seasoned members of the jury.
